Some uses are fine. Some put client data, wire instructions, and regulatory exposure into a public AI system the office does not control.

A traffic-light system for deciding what goes into an AI tool and what does not. When in doubt, treat it as a higher zone than you think. Every officer in the room should be able to apply it by the end of the session.

Any content that contains or could expose client funds, personal identifiers, or transaction-specific instructions. This is the line that cannot move.
